Each patient interaction has a corresponding physical exam, treatment plan, and invoice. Each invoice is automatically generated by Eva based on the treatment plan. So how does this work? Within Eva’s settings when a treatment plan template is created, a service or procedure is attached to the treatment plan. Services are time spent with a provider and the price associated such as an Office Visit, while procedures are hands-on physical procedures performed in the office and the price associated. This means when a treatment plan is selected within a chart the invoice is auto-generated for the chart. Of course, you can also edit the invoice by adding or deleting invoice items directly from the patient chart.
