Charting the Patient History

Eva’s Core Interview gathers all of your patient’s medical history and family history and places it within the patient chart. To view or edit this information you can click on the manage patient history button.

Once you’re within the patient’s history you can view the history that has automatically populated from Eva’s Core Interview. You can also edit this history as needed by selecting the edit icon listed next to each history category.
