Physical Exam Templates

Within Eva, your patient appointments are known as patient interactions. Each patient interaction has a corresponding physical exam template and treatment plan template attached. These templates can have multiple versions giving you the option to quickly set up your documentation. Physical Exam templates are an excellent way to streamline your clinical workflow and documentation processes. You can view, edit and manage the physical exam by clicking on the physical exam tab within the patient’s chart. A physical exam template can be thought of as your review of systems outlines, and of course, you can have multiple physical exam versions. You can also add a physical exam template from your physical library at any time.
